Anjanae Miller is a seasoned professional with over 18 years of experience in the tourism industry, having held various leadership roles at Marriott Vacation Worldwide. Her extensive background spans multiple sectors of hospitality, where she has consistently demonstrated her ability to lead teams, streamline operations, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Anjanae is driven by her passion for numbers and a data-driven approach to operational efficiency. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from California State University, San Bernardino. Her diverse expertise and commitment to excellence have positioned her as a strategic leader, capable of driving success in both hospitality and finance.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Anjanae is deeply committed to community service. She currently serves as the Treasurer for the Palm Springs Indians Youth Football & Cheer and is a board member of the Negro Academic Scholarship Fund, both volunteer-based non-profit organizations.
Deiter Crawford is the Founder and CEO of Urban Palm Springs and has spent the Majority of his Adult life as a Community Activist and Social Justice Advocate working with government agencies, private industry, and nonprofits.
Born and Raised in Palm Springs, California. Deiter is a Loma Linda University San Manuel Gateway College Trained Community Health Worker
Deiter has worked and consulted as a Community Organizer since 2005. During that time, he worked in partnership with Desert Highland Gateway Estates Community Action Association, Desert Healthcare District, Loma Linda University Health, UCR School of Medicine, Desert Regional Medical Center, Lift to Rise, Borrego Health, FIND Food Bank, The City of Palm Springs, and Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP) to implement regional health strategies.
As an Organizer, Deiter has a unique viewpoint of our political process, having managed multiple campaigns and been a City of Palm Springs Parks & Recreation Commissioner. Today, his prolific knowledge of the region and his political experience has him briefing business leaders and policy makers throughout California.
